Gustavo Herrera Yepez (b. 1987, Chicago) is a photographer, painter, and designer. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, most recently at Pakhuis de Zwijger in Amsterdam for his photography highlighting Mexico's indigenous communities. His curatorial work includes Día de Muertos, Living Presence at the National Museum of Mexican Art, Chicago Chiquito at Bridgeport Art Center, and the upcoming exhibition SACBE at Evanston Art Center. He’s led and created programming in Chicago, including NMMA’s Community Arts Sustaining Academics and SAIC’s RE-TOOL 21 program, providing advanced museum training for students historically underrepresented in the arts. His mentorship extends to other U.S. cultural institutions including Arte Americas, leading workshops in accredited museum standard practice. 

Gustavo studied Art Education at Lewis University. He works in visual arts as the exhibition preparator for the National Museum of Mexican Art and is currently a curatorial fellow at the Evanston Art Center.
